My story begins with a journey, not as a destination, but as the beginning of all subsequent ones. I met people who shared pieces of their stories with me, transmitted passions and changed my way of looking at the world. I dreamed of becoming a great bartender and I worked with many who shared this dream. I changed jobs and perspectives, until I decided to combine what I learned with what I love to do. This is how my way of conceiving the cocktail was born: no longer just a drink, but a means to create an experience that, like every journey, represents a new beginning.

I named this project Etcetera because it is a space that always leaves open the possibility of "something else." It is the place of what does not end in a definition, where every experience never has a single form, but can be a starting point, a suspension or a welcome return.

I like greasy tomato buns, Icelandic literature and dogs with people's names.
