“ At the limits of the visible ” is the experience created by Eccetera in collaboration with Essentialia , a Turin-based olfactory and botanical project that investigates identity through perfumes.
A journey that unites smell and taste , between tailored cocktails and aromatic accords created to dialogue with each other.
It's not a tasting. It's not a workshop. It's an immersive experience where the senses take center stage and words, finally, can take a back seat.

An original and multisensory format

Throughout the evening, three original cocktails created by Eccetera will alternate with three olfactory creations by Essentialia, selected and described by Roberta and Emma, the Essentialia experts.
Each aromatic composition evokes a drink. Together we'll try to guess it and then, equipped with all the tools, we'll prepare it together.
You smell. You taste. You listen. And then you reshape, in your mind and on your palate, a new way of perceiving.

Perfume as a metaphor

The heart of experience is the threshold between what is seen and what is sensed. Scent as an invisible tale, taste as immediate intuition.
“ At the Limits of the Visible ” is not only a sensory journey, but also a reflection on the way we perceive the world.
It is the meeting of two professions – the nose and the bartender – and two disciplines that rarely touch, but which together manage to evoke emotions, images, memories .
